These properties range in size, location and design. In addition to buying existing buildings and remodeling them, Tebo Development Co. also builds spec buildings, offers pad sites and is developing mixed-use projects in many areas experiencing significant growth.

Tebo Development now specializes in retail space, mostly in Boulder County, Colorado. We offer great locations along the major corridors to provide visibility to our retail tenants. Some of our national retail tenants include:

In downtown Boulder, we have over 85 tenants for both retail and office space located near the Pearl Street Walking Mall. In addition, we have office space ranging from Class A to Class C available at competitive rates. Space is available near the Pearl Street Walking Mall, along 28th Street and throughout Boulder, Longmont, Louisville and the out-lying areas. Tebo Development was founded in 1972 by Stephen Tebo. While looking for a building to house both of his stores (Tebo Coin and Tebo Store Fixtures) he realized there was a shortage of available buildings. Seizing this opportunity, Stephen began Tebo Development Co. by constructing his first building on 28th Street in Boulder, Colorado.

The Tebo Development Co. office is located at 1590 Broadway is a historic site built in the late 1800's as an electric sub-station for the Boulder Trolley system and it powered the Denver & Interurban Railroad. It is listed on the National Register of Historic places by the United States Department of Interior and registered with the City of Boulder's Landmark Preservation Advisory Board. The property was rehabilitated and expanded in the year 2002 by Stephen Tebo. The new and improved building has an atrium with skylights, circular staircase leading to the second level, solid wood trim and maple and cherry wood coffered ceiling.
